Our job, at Alexander Furniture Agencies, is to work with the interior designer or owner, who specifies products, finishes, and creates fabrics for each area of the project. We can then produce a budget spread sheet for each item to determine if our costs are in line with the client’s forecasts. When this specification/costing phase is defined we can then start the purchasing and sourcing process.
Purchase orders are produced and deposit cheques are issued. Delivery dates are clearly defined. Shipping companies are pre-arranged for pick-up and delivery to the site.
Alexander Furniture Agencies has a crew of installers to expedite the furniture installation to each room including the lobby, common areas, exterior balcony and pool furniture.
Alexander Furniture Agencies also installs all accessories, art work, window coverings, bedding, and any other items required to complete the project.
Alexander Furniture Agencies has worked with suppliers in Canada, USA, Mexico, Indonesia, and Europe.
Alexander Furniture Agencies has supplied and installed complete hotels, from 70 – 80 rooms down to 7-10 rooms, specializing in boutique locations. We have also completed office projects, 80 seat HON brand office systems to 8 seat office and reception locations.
